Proposal Builder Overview

The Proposal Builder in SWELLEnterprise lets you create professional, section-based proposals for your clients. Each proposal is built from modular sections that you can add, reorder, rename, and customize.

Section Types

The builder supports the following section types:

• Cover - Title page with your branding and client details
• Text - Rich text content for scope of work, terms, or any narrative
• Pricing Table - Structured pricing with line items, quantities, and totals. Supports multi-package selection
• Image - Visual content such as mockups, diagrams, or portfolio samples
• Signature - Electronic signature capture for client approval
• Divider - Visual separator between sections
• Columns - Multi-column layout for side-by-side content
• Video - Embedded video content
• Spacer - Vertical spacing between sections

Building a Proposal

1. Navigate to Proposals in the sidebar and click New Proposal
2. Fill in the proposal details (title, client, company)
3. Use the Section Navigator in the sidebar to manage sections
4. Click + Add Section to add new section types
5. Drag sections to reorder them
6. Click any section title to rename it inline
7. Toggle section visibility with the eye icon
8. Use the pricing table section for structured line items

Section Titles

All section titles are editable. Click directly on any section title (Cover, Scope of Work, Pricing, etc.) to rename it. Changes save automatically when you click away.

Sharing Proposals

Once your proposal is complete, click Send Proposal to generate a shareable link. Clients can view the proposal, select packages (if using multi-package pricing), and sign electronically.
