What are Templates?


Templates are pre-designed documents you can reuse:

  • Proposal Templates: Standard proposal formats
  • Contract Templates: Legal contract templates

  • Email Templates: Email message templates
  • Document Templates: Other document templates


Using Templates


From Template Library


Browse and use templates:


  1. Go to Templates (or module → Templates)
  2. Browse Templates: See available templates
  3. Preview: View template design
  4. Select Template: Choose template
  5. Customize: Modify for your needs
  6. Use: Create document from template


Creating from Template


  1. Select Template: Choose from library
  2. Click "Use Template": Use button
  3. Fill in Details:
  • Client information
  • Pricing
  • Terms
  • Custom content
  1. Save: Document created
  2. Send: Send to client

Save as Template


Save your documents as templates:


  1. Create Document: Build proposal, contract, etc.
  2. Click "Save as Template": Template button
  3. Name Template: Give descriptive name
  4. Add Description: Explain what it's for
  5. Save: Template saved
  6. Reuse: Use for future documents
