Revision Requests

When a client requests changes on an approval, create revision requests to track and complete the work. Assign team members, set due dates, and resubmit for approval when ready.

Creating Revision Requests

  1. After a client chooses Request Changes on an approval, the project status becomes Pending Revision.
  2. Go to the Revision Requests section for the project.
  3. Click Create Revision Request.
  4. Fill in:
  • Title – Short description of the change
  • Description – Detailed instructions
  • Assignee – Team member responsible (optional)
  • Due Date – When the revision should be done (optional)
  1. Save.

Working on Revisions

  1. Assigned team members see revision requests in their workflow.
  2. Mark a revision as In Progress when starting.
  3. When complete, mark as Completed and add Completion Notes.
  4. Optionally link annotations (visual feedback pins) to a revision request for precise location-based feedback.

Resubmitting for Approval

When all revision requests are completed:

  1. Go back to the Approvals section.
  2. Request approval again (you can create a new approval or resubmit).
  3. The client reviews and can approve, reject, or request more changes.

Revision Rounds

Revision requests can be grouped by round (e.g. Round 1, Round 2). Use this to track multiple rounds of feedback on the same approval.
