Account & Access


How do I create an account?


  1. Go to the registration page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Complete email verification
  4. Complete onboarding
  5. Start using SWELLEnterprise


Can I have multiple accounts?


Yes, you can create multiple accounts with different email addresses. Each account is separate.


How do I reset my password?


  1. Go to login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check email for reset link
  5. Click link and set new password


What is a tenant?


A tenant is your organization/company account. Each tenant has its own data, users, and settings. You can belong to multiple tenants.


Trial & Subscription


How long is the trial?


The trial period is typically 14 days with full access to all features.


What happens after trial?


After trial, you're moved to the Free plan (1 module, 1 user) unless you upgrade to a paid plan.


Can I extend my trial?


Trial extensions may be available. Contact support to inquire.


How do I upgrade?


  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click "Upgrade" or "Change Plan"
  3. Select plan
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Confirm upgrade


What payment methods are accepted?


We accept credit cards via Stripe. Major cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.).

Available modules include:

How do I activate a module?


  1. Go to SettingsModules (or Admin → Modules)
  2. Find module
  3. Toggle switch to activate
  4. Module appears in sidebar


Can I deactivate a module?


Yes, you can deactivate modules anytime. Deactivating hides the module but doesn't delete data. You can reactivate later.


Are all modules included in my plan?


Module availability depends on your subscription plan. During trial, all modules are typically active. Check your plan details for included modules.


Data & Import


Can I import my existing data?


Yes, you can import:

  • Contacts (CSV, Excel)
  • Companies (CSV, Excel)
  • Products (CSV, Excel)
  • Limited invoice data


Go to the module → "Import" button.


Can I export my data?


Yes, you can export data from most modules:

  1. Go to module
  2. Apply filters if needed
  3. Click "Export"
  4. Choose format (CSV, Excel)
  5. Download


What happens to my data if I cancel?


Your data is retained for a period (typically 30-90 days) after cancellation. You can export your data before cancelling.


Can I delete all my data?


Yes, you can delete records individually or in bulk. For complete data deletion, contact support.

What browsers are supported?

Do you have a mobile app?


Currently, SWELLEnterprise is web-based and works on mobile browsers. A native mobile app may be available in the future.


Can I use SWELL offline?


No, SWELLEnterprise requires an internet connection to function.


How do I report a bug?


  1. Use the in-app support chat (Crisp)
  2. Email support
  3. Include:
  • What you were doing
  • What happened
  • Error messages
  • Screenshots if possible

What integrations are available?

  3. Authorize the connection

Is my data secure?


Yes, SWELLEnterprise uses:

Who can see my data?


Only users you invite to your tenant can see your data. Data is isolated per tenant for security.
