What is Email Marketing?
The Email Marketing module helps you:
- Create Campaigns: Design professional email campaigns
- Manage Lists: Organize subscriber lists
- Send Emails: Send to targeted audiences
- Track Performance: Monitor opens, clicks, conversions
- Automate: Set up automated email sequences
Email Lists
Creating Lists
Organize your subscribers:
- Go to Marketing → Email Lists (or Email → Lists)
- Click "New List" or "Create List"
- Configure List:
- Name: List name (e.g., "Newsletter", "Customers")
- Description: What the list is for
- Double Opt-in: Require email confirmation (optional)
- Save: List created
Adding Subscribers
Manual Add:
- Open list
- Click "Add Subscriber"
- Enter email address
- Add name (optional)
- Save
Import:
- Open list
- Click "Import"
- Upload CSV/Excel file
- Map columns
- Import subscribers
From CRM:
- Go to CRM → Contacts
- Select contacts
- Add to email list
- Contacts subscribed
Creating Campaigns
Campaign Builder
- Go to Marketing → Campaigns (or Email Marketing → Campaigns)
- Click "New Campaign" or "Create Campaign"
- Configure Campaign:
- Name: Campaign name
- Subject: Email subject line
- From: Sender name and email
- List: Target email list
- Design Email: Use editor to create content
- Preview: Test how email looks
- Schedule or Send: Send immediately or schedule
Email Design
Editor Features:
- Drag & Drop: Easy email builder
- Templates: Start from templates
- Custom HTML: Advanced HTML editing
- Images: Add and manage images
- Links: Add clickable links
Content:
- Text: Write email content
- Images: Add images
- Buttons: Call-to-action buttons
- Personalization: Use merge tags ({{name}}, etc.)
Sending Campaigns
Immediate Send
Send right away:
- Complete Campaign: Finish design
- Click "Send": Send button
- Confirm: Confirm sending
- Emails Sent: Campaign sent to list
- Tracking Starts: Opens and clicks tracked
Scheduled Send
Send later:
- Complete Campaign: Finish design
- Click "Schedule": Schedule button
- Select Date/Time: When to send
- Save Schedule: Campaign scheduled
- Auto-Send: Sends automatically at scheduled time
A/B Testing
Test different versions:
- Create Variants: Create multiple versions
- Test Subject Lines: Different subjects
- Test Content: Different email content
- Send Test: Send to small group
- Choose Winner: Select best performing
- Send to All: Send winner to full list

Open Rate:
- Percentage of emails opened
- Indicates subject line effectiveness

Click Rate:
