Share your booking page with clients so they can book appointments directly, without back-and-forth emails.
What are Booking Links?
Booking links are shareable URLs that let clients:
- See your available time slots
- Book appointments directly
- Fill out booking forms
- Pay for appointments (if required)
- Receive confirmation emails
Types of Booking Links
Event-Specific Links
Links to book a specific event type:
- Format:
/book/event-type-slug - Example:
/book/30-minute-consultation - Shows: Only that event type
User-Level Links
Links showing all your event types:
- Format:
/meet/your-username - Example:
/meet/john-doe - Shows: All your active event types
Getting Your Booking Links
From Scheduling Dashboard
- Go to Scheduling (main dashboard)
- Find your event type card
- Copy the booking link shown
- Share with clients
From Event Type Settings
- Go to Scheduling → Settings → Event Types
- Open event type
- Find "Booking Link" section
- Copy link
- Share
User-Level Link
- Go to Scheduling → Settings
- Find "Your Booking Page" section
- Copy your user-level link
- Share (shows all event types)

In Email Signature:

In Email Body:
Hi [Name],
I'd love to schedule a call. Please book a time that works for you:

Add to Website:
- Link in navigation: "Book a Call"
- Button on homepage
- Contact page link
- Footer link

Social Media
In Bio/Profile:
- Add link to bio
- Use link shortener if needed
- Make it prominent
In Posts:
- Share link in posts
- Use call-to-action: "Book your spot now!"
Business Cards
Print booking link on:
- Business cards
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Marketing materials
Customizing Your Booking Page
Booking Page Appearance
Your booking page automatically shows:
- Your name and photo (if set)
- Event type name and description
- Available time slots
- Booking form (if questions added)
- Payment option (if required)
Branding
Booking page uses:
- Your company logo (if set)
- Your brand colors
- Your company name
Configure in Settings → Branding
How Clients Use Booking Links
Booking Process
- Click Link: Client clicks your booking link
- Select Event Type: If user-level link, choose event type
- Choose Time: Pick available time slot
- Fill Form: Answer booking questions
- Enter Info: Name, email, phone
- Pay (if required): Complete payment
- Confirm: Receive confirmation email
What Clients See
- Available Times: Calendar with your availability
- Time Zone: Times shown in their timezone
- Event Details: Description, duration, location
- Your Info: Your name, photo, bio
- Payment: If payment required
Testing Your Booking Link
Always test before sharing:
- Click Your Link: Open in incognito/private window
- Go Through Process: Complete full booking
- Check Experience: Is it clear and easy?
- Verify Email: Did confirmation send?
- Check Calendar: Did booking appear?
Test Checklist:

Managing Bookings from Links
Viewing Bookings
- Go to Scheduling → Bookings (if available)
- Or check Scheduling Dashboard → Upcoming Bookings
- See all bookings from your links
Rescheduling
- Open booking
- Click "Reschedule"
- Client receives email with new time options
- Client selects new time
- Booking updated
Cancelling
- Open booking
- Click "Cancel"
- Confirm cancellation
- Client receives cancellation email
- Time slot becomes available again
Analytics
Track how your booking links perform:
- Go to Scheduling → Settings → Analytics
- View metrics:
- Total bookings
- Booking conversion rate
- Most popular event types
- Booking sources
- Peak booking times
Best Practices
- Test First: Always test links before sharing
- Share Widely: Add to email signature, website, social media
- Use Clear CTAs: "Book a Call", "Schedule Consultation"
- Set Expectations: Tell clients what to expect

- Ensure no date overrides blocking
Payment not working?
- Verify Stripe is configured
- Check payment enabled for event type
- Test payment link
- Check Stripe dashboard
Confirmation email not sending?
- Check SMTP settings
- Verify email address
- Check spam folder
- Test email connection
