Booking Links

Booking Links


Share your booking page with clients so they can book appointments directly, without back-and-forth emails.



Booking links are shareable URLs that let clients:

  • See your available time slots
  • Book appointments directly
  • Fill out booking forms
  • Pay for appointments (if required)
  • Receive confirmation emails




Links to book a specific event type:

  • Format: /book/event-type-slug
  • Example: /book/30-minute-consultation
  • Shows: Only that event type



Links showing all your event types:

  • Format: /meet/your-username
  • Example: /meet/john-doe
  • Shows: All your active event types



From Scheduling Dashboard


  1. Go to Scheduling (main dashboard)
  2. Find your event type card
  3. Copy the booking link shown
  4. Share with clients


From Event Type Settings


  1. Go to SchedulingSettingsEvent Types
  2. Open event type
  3. Find "Booking Link" section
  4. Copy link
  5. Share



  1. Go to SchedulingSettings
  2. Find "Your Booking Page" section
  3. Copy your user-level link
  4. Share (shows all event types)



Email


In Email Signature:

Book a time with me: https://yoursite.com/book/consultation


In Email Body:

Hi [Name],

I'd love to schedule a call. Please book a time that works for you:
https://yoursite.com/book/consultation

Looking forward to speaking with you!


Website


Add to Website:

  • Link in navigation: "Book a Call"
  • Button on homepage
  • Contact page link
  • Footer link


HTML Example:

Social Media


In Bio/Profile:

  • Add link to bio
  • Use link shortener if needed
  • Make it prominent


In Posts:

  • Share link in posts
  • Use call-to-action: "Book your spot now!"

Print booking link on:

  • Business cards
  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Marketing materials


Customizing Your Booking Page


Booking Page Appearance


Your booking page automatically shows:

  • Your name and photo (if set)
  • Event type name and description
  • Available time slots
  • Booking form (if questions added)
  • Payment option (if required)


Branding


Booking page uses:

  • Your company logo (if set)
  • Your brand colors
  • Your company name


Configure in SettingsBranding



Booking Process


  1. Click Link: Client clicks your booking link
  2. Select Event Type: If user-level link, choose event type
  3. Choose Time: Pick available time slot
  4. Fill Form: Answer booking questions
  5. Enter Info: Name, email, phone
  6. Pay (if required): Complete payment
  7. Confirm: Receive confirmation email


What Clients See


  • Available Times: Calendar with your availability
  • Time Zone: Times shown in their timezone
  • Event Details: Description, duration, location
  • Your Info: Your name, photo, bio
  • Payment: If payment required



Always test before sharing:


  1. Click Your Link: Open in incognito/private window
  2. Go Through Process: Complete full booking
  3. Check Experience: Is it clear and easy?
  4. Verify Email: Did confirmation send?
  5. Check Calendar: Did booking appear?


Test Checklist:

  • ✅ Link works
  • ✅ Times show correctly
  • ✅ Form works
  • ✅ Payment processes (if enabled)
  • ✅ Confirmation email received
  • ✅ Booking appears in your calendar



Viewing Bookings


  1. Go to SchedulingBookings (if available)
  2. Or check Scheduling DashboardUpcoming Bookings
  3. See all bookings from your links


Rescheduling


  1. Open booking
  2. Click "Reschedule"
  3. Client receives email with new time options
  4. Client selects new time
  5. Booking updated


Cancelling


  1. Open booking
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Client receives cancellation email
  5. Time slot becomes available again


Analytics


Track how your booking links perform:


  1. Go to SchedulingSettingsAnalytics
  2. View metrics:
  • Total bookings
  • Booking conversion rate
  • Most popular event types
  • Booking sources
  • Peak booking times


Best Practices


  1. Test First: Always test links before sharing
  2. Share Widely: Add to email signature, website, social media
  3. Use Clear CTAs: "Book a Call", "Schedule Consultation"
  4. Set Expectations: Tell clients what to expect
  5. Follow Up: Confirm bookings with clients
  6. Keep Updated: Ensure availability is current

Troubleshooting


Link not working?

  • Verify link is correct
  • Check event type is active
  • Ensure availability is set
  • Try in different browser


Clients can't see times?

  • Check your availability is set
  • Verify event type is active
  • Check timezone settings
  • Ensure no date overrides blocking


Payment not working?

  • Verify Stripe is configured
  • Check payment enabled for event type
  • Test payment link
  • Check Stripe dashboard


Confirmation email not sending?

  • Check SMTP settings
  • Verify email address
  • Check spam folder
  • Test email connection
