SWELLEnterprise offers a reseller program that allows you to white-label our platform and sell it to your clients. This guide explains how to become a reseller and what you can do with the reseller program.

## What is the Reseller Program?

As a reseller, you can:

## How to Become a Reseller

### Step 1: Contact Us

To become a reseller, please contact our team:

- **Email**: support@swellsystem.com
- **Subject**: Reseller Program Inquiry

Include the following information:
- Your company name
- Your business needs (number of clients, expected license usage)
- Your contact information
- Why you're interested in becoming a reseller

### Step 2: Account Setup

Once approved, we'll:

1. Create a reseller account linked to your user account
2. Set up your initial license allocation
3. Provide access to reseller features
4. Share onboarding resources and documentation

### Step 3: Purchase Licenses

After your account is set up:

1. Log into your account at `https://dashboard.swellsystem.com`
2. Navigate to **Reseller Licenses** (`/reseller/licenses`)
3. Choose the number of licenses you need
4. Complete the purchase via secure Stripe checkout
5. Licenses are immediately available for use

### Step 4: Start Creating Client Accounts

Once you have licenses:

1. Log into your reseller account
2. Create your first tenant account for a client
3. Configure white-label settings
4. Invite client users to the account
5. Provide training and support as needed

## Reseller Requirements

### Technical Requirements

- **User Account**: Must have an active SWELLEnterprise user account
- **Payment Method**: Valid payment method for license purchases
- **Business Entity**: Legitimate business (recommended but not always required)

## Managing Your Reseller Account

### Viewing License Status

Check your license status at any time:

1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to **Reseller Licenses**
3. View:
   - Total licenses purchased
   - Licenses currently in use
   - Available licenses remaining

### Purchasing Additional Licenses

1. Go to **Reseller Licenses** (`/reseller/licenses`)
2. Enter the number of licenses you need
3. Click **Purchase Licenses**
4. Complete checkout via Stripe
5. Licenses are instantly available

### Creating Client Accounts

1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to the tenant creation page
3. Fill in client information:
   - Company name
   - Subdomain or custom domain
   - Initial admin user details
4. Create the account
5. Configure white-label settings
6. Invite users to the account

**Note**: Each tenant account you create uses one license.

### White-Label Configuration

Configure branding for your clients:

1. Access settings for the tenant account
2. Upload your logo
3. Set brand colors
4. Configure custom domain (if applicable)
5. Set up custom email addresses
6. Save settings

The branding will be visible to all users in that tenant account.

- **Immediate Purchase**: Licenses are available immediately after payment
- **Secure Payment**: All transactions processed via Stripe
- **Receipts**: Automatic email receipts for all purchases
