This video will give you a good understanding on how the telephone and SMS features work in SWELLEnterprise. With the telephone feature, you can purchase and configure vanity numbers to hide your personal numbers and forward calls to wherever you'd like. Calls can be logged automatically in the system and recordings enabled for you to use as training, marketing efforts or just to reference something someone said on a call. With the SMS feature, you can send 1-to-1 SMS messages to your clients, leads and contacts or you can use the Marketing feature to send rich text's to a list of your subscribers.
